Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to UK mainland. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Across our site the majority of products are sent on a next working day service. Orders placed before 12pm Mon - Fri are (usually) dispatched on the same day.

Some products require installation by certified engineers. We need to verify these details before we can dispatch some products, which may delay the delivery time.

Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (on the next working day if there is a Bank Holiday).

For smaller items we are able to offer next working day delivery with a 2-hour time slot.

For items delivered on a pallet, we will contact you to organise a convenient delivery date before we dispatch your items.

Installation

How do I know if an item requires installation?

We have marked on most products whether the item requires professional installation, a competent DIYer or a novice. For further information see our installations page.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same new condition in which they were received, with the original product box/packaging and be unworn/unused.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s) back into our warehouse.
