You know the energy-efficient honeycomb cooling technology of the Aircooler PAE 81 from nature. When a fresh breeze blows over damp skin, you immediately feel a pleasant cooling. This cooling effect is created by evaporation. The heat energy required for this is extracted from the room air, which noticeably reduces the temperature. This natural cooling principle is used by all air coolers of the PAE series with their cold water or ice water filling. As soon as the room air flows through the moist honeycomb filter, it is cooled by the extraction of heat energy, moistened with cold or ice water, cleaned of annoying lint or animal hair in the air filter and expelled into the room as an icy, fresh air stream. Without the use of chemicals, without power-hungry cooling compressors and without annoying exhaust air hoses.
The hotter the summer, the more intense the cooling effect
In contrast to air conditioning units with cooling compressors, which at some point reach their performance limits when the temperature is high, the cooling capacity of the PAE 81 even increases with increasing temperatures. The warmer it is in the room, the faster the water evaporates in the honeycomb filter and the more heat of evaporation is extracted from the air. The programmable timer is twice as useful to switch the air cooler on or off fully automatically after an individually preset time. This saves unnecessary electricity costs and you never have to worry again about whether you have actually switched the device on or off. The operating time until automatic switch-on or switch-off can be set in 1-hour steps from 1 to 15 hours. Naturally effective cooling principle
In contrast to air conditioning units, no chemical refrigerants are used in air coolers. The cooling process takes place in a completely natural way. In addition, neither an exhaust air hose is required, nor are complex installations required.
A mobile air cooler works on the principle of natural evaporative cooling. You know this from your own experience: When you blow on damp skin, you feel an immediate cooling, as the evaporation process draws heat away. It is the same with air coolers or air coolers: Inside the air cooler there is a filter mat soaked with water. The warm air is directed from the back of the device through the wet filter mat and cools down through evaporation. The now cooler air is then blown into the room by a fan.
Refreshment tip: The colder the water, the greater the cooling capacity. If you put the four cooling packs included in the scope of delivery into the water tank, the cooling performance can be increased even further. This additional freshness kick can also be achieved with ice cubes.

Specialists have evaluated research results on the resistance of viruses (e.g. SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV or SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), influenza) and humidity. It turned out that the air humidity has serious effects on the infectivity of germ droplets. Dry room air with a relative humidity of less than 40% allows tiny droplets that are contaminated with flu or cold viruses to dry out.
