We currently only ship to UK mainland. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Across our site the majority of products are sent on a next working day service. Orders placed before 12pm Mon - Fri are (usually) dispatched on the same day.
Some products require installation by certified engineers. We need to verify these details before we can dispatch some products, which may delay the delivery time.
Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (on the next working day if there is a Bank Holiday).
For smaller items we are able to offer next working day delivery with a 2-hour time slot.
For items delivered on a pallet, we will contact you to organise a convenient delivery date before we dispatch your items.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same new condition in which they were received, with the original product box/packaging and be unworn/unused.
