We take pride in offering a wide range of quality products, most of which are in stock and ready for same-day dispatch. Occasionally, certain items may need to be ordered directly from our supplier, which could extend the delivery time.
We aim to dispatch orders on a next-working day pallet delivery, once we have received the FGAS details of your installation engineer, and then verified those details with the engineer. The required information is sent once we have received your order online. We will then confirm with you a convenient delivery date to ensure you can take delivery of the item.
This can be done on the same day if orders are placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and we have confirmation of all the above details.
Deliveries will be between 8.30am and 6pm and we request that you are available at those times, otherwise the order will be returned and we may have to issue a non-delivery fee.
Please allow for possible delivery charges and extended delivery times if delivery location is outside our couriers range e.g. Scottish highlands, Isle of Man etc.
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any accessories included, and include all the original packaging.

Surround Cooling
The 360 cassette evenly cools every corner of the room through its circular outlet and bladeless design. Unlike traditional cassettes, which may create areas of uneven airflow, the 360 cassette blows cool air uniformly, in every direction.
Air Purification Panel
The 360 cassette offers optional purifying panel that keeps the indoor air cleaner. It's two-filter purification system is designed to capture certain types of dust particles as well as inactivate certain types of bacteria.
Bladeless Design
Due to its bladeless design, blade dust that would normally impact indoor air quality is eliminated. With the booster fans, the bladeless design also contributes to better control of the air as there are no blades to block the airflow, especially at low angles. This means you can quickly enjoy a more comfortable environment across a wider area, especially using the Fast Cooling mode.
Stylish and Intuitive
With it's innovative circular design, the 360 cassette creates even, comfortable cooling throughout the entire room without detracting from it's surroundings. The unit can be equipped with a motion detector sensor, and it's intergrated LED display allows users to visualise the previously selected direction of the airflow as well as monitor any essential operation information.
