We take pride in offering a wide range of quality products, most of which are in stock and ready for same-day dispatch. Occasionally, certain items may need to be ordered directly from our supplier, which could extend the delivery time.
We aim to dispatch orders on a next-working day pallet delivery, once we have received the FGAS details of your installation engineer, and then verified those details with the engineer. The required information is sent once we have received your order online. We will then confirm with you a convenient delivery date to ensure you can take delivery of the item.
This can be done on the same day if orders are placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and we have confirmation of all the above details.
Deliveries will be between 8.30am and 6pm and we request that you are available at those times, otherwise the order will be returned and we may have to issue a non-delivery fee.
Please allow for possible delivery charges and extended delivery times if delivery location is outside our couriers range e.g. Scottish highlands, Isle of Man etc.
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any accessories included, and include all the original packaging.

Small & lightweight
The Samsung DUCT S Air Conditioner is easy and convenient to install and maintain. Its exceptionally compact design reduces its volume and weight by 30% compared with conventional air conditioners. So it's much easier to handle and install, even in small spaces.
Auto ESP Adjustment
The Samsung DUCT S Air Conditioner's Auto ESP Adjustment function efficiently and automatically senses the external static pressure (ESP), whatever the length of duct. The ESP can also be easily adjusted using a remote control, which reduces the installation time.
3-way access
The Samsung DUCT S Air Conditioner is designed to be accessed from three directions – top, side and bottom – using an easy to remove Slide Fit cover. As a result, it’s much easier to maintain wherever it's installed – saving you time and money.
Smart Inverter System
The large Sirocco Fan features aerodynamic blades, so it generates more air, with less noise. The compact Flat Micro Heat Exchanger is also extremely efficient, while the Twin Rotary BLDC Compressor reduces vibration, so it’s quieter and more reliable.
